A meticulously detailed and organized leader, Evelyne manages all projects and programs effectively with the success of each individual client in mind.  Her impeccable work ethic, professionalism and thoroughness serve clients best whether working as a project director, overseeing the vendor selection process, developing RFI’s or RFP’s to meet client’s technology needs, creating hospitality-focused curriculum, or consulting in her many areas of industry expertise.

She began her career in travel at the dawn of industry automation as part of a team that trained and established standard operating procedures for the industry’s first global single-image CRS/PMS systems at Trusthouse Forte. Over 14 years, she gained immeasurable experience at the head office, regional HQs and property levels of Nikko Hotels International in a variety of roles in European, Asian and American locations. Responsibilities included overseeing global reservations and distribution, marketing support, sales operations and relationship management with Consortia, TMCs, wholesalers, airlines and embassies. She later moved on to lead the interactive division of The Leading Hotels of the World, regional account director at Pegasus Solutions and sales and distribution operations for Bluegreen Corp’s adventure softbrand.

Her accomplishments in the global hospitality industry over the years have enabled her to stay at the forefront of technology and innovative thinking. She utilizes those skills at Dragonfly Strategists, where clients benefit directly from her experience.

Bilingual in English and French, Evelyne understands North American, European and Asian markets and the corresponding cultures and trends. She has been active and visible in the hotel industry, as a member of ASTA, GBTA, and HSMAI. A founding member of HEDNA, the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association, she served on its board of directors for over a decade guiding its growth and establishment as the industry standard.
